Sequel announced general availability of its Build, Scale and Convert agents on November 2. The product combines webinar material and engagement with first-party website activity to support programme planning, content preparation and follow-up. Custom agents can also use Sequel’s MCP server to connect that context to other AI tools.
Context reaches beyond the webinar
The company distinguishes drafting from consequential actions. Agents can read and prepare content, but sending email, inviting people, changing events or pushing leads to a CRM requires approval from the customer’s team. That boundary matters because a plausible draft and a correct business action are different things.
The approval boundary is explicit
Combined context could reduce the manual effort of reconstructing what an attendee watched or asked. It also makes permissions, identity matching and the quality of source data important. The announcement’s customer examples do not establish a guaranteed productivity gain or revenue result for another marketing team.
Measure the complete workflow
A useful evaluation would measure preparation time, correction rates and approval effort on representative campaigns. Teams should also test what an agent can access through connected tools and whether its proposed actions can be traced to the underlying engagement data.
