Convoso made its Voice AI Agent generally available on November 2, according to its launch announcement published November 3. The product handles lead qualification, inbound questions, appointments and routing within the company’s sales platform.
Configuration reaches the call workflow
The no-code configuration connects voice interactions with campaign reporting and transfer workflows. Convoso also describes customer-configured controls for do-not-call handling, state and time restrictions, and personal-information redaction. Their effectiveness depends on the implementation and the underlying records.
Early results are customer-specific
A customer example reports more than 150 contacts over a 36-hour test, with 10–12% validated and transferred. Those figures describe that customer’s trial and do not establish a general conversion rate. The announcement also gives a roughly 600 ms response-time claim without a detailed test methodology.
Task completion is the operating measure
The product could absorb routine qualification and routing work if it completes tasks accurately and escalates exceptions. Evaluation should follow calls through the final outcome, including incorrect qualification, failed transfers, repeated questions and the human work required to recover.
